Should any item not meet your era-perfect expectations, our returns policy is designed with the same care we give to curating our collections.
Our Return Philosophy
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Like proper vintage preservation, we ask that items be returned in their original condition – no alterations, no damage, and with all original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our vintage collection, the following items cannot be returned:
- 1920s Accessories (due to delicate beadwork and materials)
- 1950s Swimsuit (for hygiene reasons)
- 2PCS sets if either piece shows signs of wear
- Any item marked as “Final Sale”

Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. For 1950s dresses and coats, we recommend using the original garment bag. - Ship Your Return

Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Credit Card/PayPal Payments: Refunds processed within 5 business days, appearing on your statement in 1-2 billing cycles
- Store Credit: Issued immediately if preferred – perfect for your next vintage find!
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different size or era? We happily exchange:
- 1920s Dress for another size (subject to availability)
- 1950s Romper for a different color
- Any bottoms for alternate sizing
