Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) via these methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    – Order processing: 1-2 business days
    – Delivery time: 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS
    – Order processing: 1-2 business days
    – Delivery time: 15-25 days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We recommend ordering well in advance for special occasions.

Our Return Philosophy

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Like proper vintage preservation, we ask that items be returned in their original condition – no alterations, no damage, and with all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our vintage collection, these items cannot be returned:

  • 1920s Accessories (due to delicate beadwork and materials)
  • 1950s Swimsuit (for hygiene reasons)
  • 2PCS sets if either piece shows signs of wear
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

The Return Process – Step by Step

    Our vintage quality control team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items
    Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. For 1950s dresses and coats, we recommend using the original garment bag.
  4. Ship Your Return

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Credit Card/PayPal Payments: Refunds processed within 5 business days, appearing on your statement in 1-2 billing cycles
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately if preferred – perfect for your next vintage find!

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different size or era? We happily exchange:

  • 1920s Dress for another size (subject to availability)
  • 1950s Romper for a different color
  • Any bottoms for alternate sizing
